The Ivy House is a female-only luxury dorm located on the corner of Sorority Row and 8th Avenue (also known as Museum Road), less than 2 blocks from UF classes and steps from Norman Hall. Built in 1997, The Ivy House is a very upscale community, with monitored entrances, a covered parking garage with assigned parking, jetted Jacuzzi bathtubs and daily maid service in all shared-areas of the building.

Windsor Hall

Windsor Hall offers is a luxury dorm located 2 blocks from UF campus at Norman Hall and 1 block from Sorority Row. Steps from UF classes and lecture halls, Windsor offers several upgrades over traditional dorm housing. Built in 2001, Windsor Hall has both female-only and co-ed buildings, with attached bathrooms and kitchenettes for every luxury Single & Double Suite.

How to Reserve Fall 2008 Luxury Dorm Housing:

  1. Visit the Luxury Dorm Info page to compare the luxury dorm buildings and floorplan info.
  2. Choose which floorplan and Dorm looks like the best fit for you. Visit the corresponding webpage for the Dorm that you like (Windsor Hall or Ivy House); view virtual tours and floorplans.
  3. Check the availability for the floorplan you are most interested in via the availability button on the webpage.
  4. Schedule a tour of the dorm and floorplan in person. (If you cannot get to Gainesville to tour in person, you can Reserve Fall 2008 Housing via mail.)
  5. After touring the Dorm room and determining that it’s a good fit, fill out your housing agreement (lease). Student applications are approved 100% of the time with cosignor (parent) addendum, while Fall 2008 availability remains open.
