How Off-Campus Dorms Work


	Available for Summer B 2008 or Fall 2008 move-in Great location: walking distance to your UF classes. Social environment where you can meet other UF students (but quiet enough to study). All your bills managed for you. Very affordable. Fully furnished suites. Single and Double Suites available; Triples available in select buildings. Maid service in shared areas (but not within your private room).

	Guaranteed floorplan placement: If you sign up for a Single Suite, you’re guaranteed to be placed in a Single Suite room. If you sign up for a Double with attached bath, you’re guaranteed to be placed in a Double with attached bath. If you sign up for a Triple Suite, you are guaranteed to be placed in a Triple Suite. Guaranteed Dorm assignment. You are guaranteed placement into the Dorm of your choice. Assigned parking available, steps from your dorm room. Better roommates. In Double & Triple Suites, you can bring a friend or use free professional roommate matching. No random roommates! All buildings are fully air conditioned. Luxury amenities unlike anything you’ve seen on campus: jetted Jacuzzi tubs, gym in your building, sparkling pool outside your window. Choose your building style: co-ed or female-only. No bossy, nosy RAs (but there’s a professional management team which can get anything you need accomplished—fast!) More privacy. Bigger rooms and guaranteed placement into a Single Dorm Suite means you won’t have to hassle with roommates, unless you want one. No worrying about availability. Off-campus dorms only sign housing agreements (leases) for rooms that are available, so you won’t have to wait until July to hear if you have Fall 2008 housing.

How to Reserve Fall 2008 Luxury Dorm Housing:

If you have not done so already, visit the Luxury Dorm Info page to compare the luxury dorm buildings and floorplan info.
From there, you can choose which Dorm looks like the best fit for you. You can visit the corresponding webpage for the Dorm that you like (Windsor Hall or Ivy House); view virtual tours and floorplans.
Check the availability for the floorplan you are most interested in.
If you can come to Gainesville within the next week, you should schedule a tour of the dorm and floorplan in person. (If you cannot get to Gainesville to tour in person within the next week, you can Reserve Summer B or Fall 2008 Housing via mail.)
In order to officially reserve your Summer B or Fall 2008 housing, the next step is to fill out your housing agreement (lease). 100% of student applications are approved with cosignor (parent) addendum, while Fall 2008 availability for a floorplan and dorm remains open.
