Single Suites are the ideal housing style for incoming freshmen who want a social environment without sharing a room (single refers to a single occupant inside the room). Placement into a luxury single is guaranteed with signed housing agreement (be sure to return housing paperwork before the last single is filled for Fall move-in). Singles vary by community.

Important Note
Luxury residence halls offer guaranteed placement into Single Suites with signed housing agreement-- but you must sign up before all of the rooms fill. Single Suites fill very early for Fall move-in. Reservations should be made by mid-February.

Reservation Process
- Rooms are filling quickly for Summer B 2012 and Fall 2012 move-in.
- Most students choose to reserve via email. This is a very easy process which can secure a room for Fall or Summer B. To reserve via email, click here and enter your information. Reservation paperwork will be emailed to you with instructions (remember: your room is not reserved until we receive the completed paperwork. Several room styles are already full, and the remaining rooms are filling quickly).
- Not sure if the luxury residence halls are right for you? Tour and compare both Windsor Hall, Ivy House and the traditional UF residence halls. Once you see the difference in person, you’re sure to choose the Ivy House. Click here to schedule a tour in person. Tours are available Monday – Saturday, by appointment. You can reserve your room after your tour.
