Windsor Hall offers three main styles of suites:

Double Suites with attached bathroom & kitchenette

For those who want a more social alternative, where that they can meet other UF students and make friendships that will last a lifetime: the Windsor Hall Double Suites all include an attached luxury bathroom and attached kitchenette. Two sizes available. Each Double Suite includes two desk sets, two captain's beds with built-in drawer set, fully equipped kitchenette and luxury bathroom.

Single Suites with shared attached bathrooms & kitchenettes

Two Single Suites share an attached kitchenette and luxury bathroom in between them, with key-lock doors to each room to ensure privacy. As with the other floorplans at Windsor, each Single Suite with shared Bathroom Kitchenette includes a full furniture package with captain's bed, desk set, and oversized private closet. Limited availability; place your housing reservations early to ensure this option is still available to you!

Single Suites with private attached bathroom & kitchenette

Windsor Hall also offers Guaranteed Single Suites with a private attached bathroom and kitchenette. As with our other floorplans, the suite is fully furnished and all of your bills (electric, water, cable, Hi-Speed Ethernet, and more) are all managed for you and included in the listed housing rate. Best of all, Single Suite placement is guaranteed when you sign a housing agreement for a Single floorplan. Available in both the co-ed and female-only buildings.

No matter which suite style is best for you, availability is guaranteed. How? Each housing agreement specifies a floorplan, and Windsor Hall only signs as many housing agreements as there are rooms - which means you won't have to bargain on the housing lottery or wait until July to hear if you've received Fall 2010 housing.
