Digital Marketing Associate
(Social Media & Advertising)
Part-time or Full-time Position


Trimark Properties is a fast-paced real estate company experiencing high growth in all divisions of its company: acquisitions, renovations, property management, commercial real estate and development. We are a forward-thinking, successful company experiencing great success due in major part to our innovative marketing department and our successful graphic and web designers.

 

Trimark’s cutting-edge marketing department is on the hunt for a talented, professional, creative Digital Marketing Associate to join their team and create advertisements & marketing materials for their many apartment complexes, houses and commercial real estate buildings.​ Applicants should have at least 1-2 years of previous advertising experience working in a marketing department, with experience in online/​digital advertising and social media.​  Wonderful opportunity to join a fast-paced team.​ An ideal position for a balanced, hard working and dedicated person who wants to thrive in a business environment.​

 

WORK INCLUDES: 


• Posting online advertisements
• Coordinating social media campaigns to drive traffic
• Writing web copy
• Changing web content
• Coordinating print media campaigns
• Other marketing work

 

In addition to Microsoft Office knowledge, the ideal candidate will have experience in: 


• Adobe Photoshop 
• Adobe Dreamweaver 
• HTML 
• Social Media software (Twitter, Facebook, Hootsuite, etc)  

 

HOURS: 


•  Full-time position available for the right candidate (must have strong web design skills) 
•  Part-time position available for others; flexible schedule; work between 20-35 hrs per week

 

REQUIREMENTS: 


•  Associate’s Degree, Bachelor’s degree (or working towards completion of degree) in business, advertising, digital media or experience in equivalent
•  Minimum 1 yr experience in marketing/​advertising dept 
•  Must be knowledgeable in full Adobe suite (CS4 or higher) 
•  Candidates must be talented at advertising design 
•  Working knowledge of HTML required 
•  Web Design experience a plus 
•  Previous social media experience required 
•  Understanding of how good advertising design affects marketing/​advertising strategies 
•  Prides him/​herself in being highly organized and detail oriented 
•  Hard working, low-drama attitude required
•  Friendly and easy to get along with 
•  Drug-free, smoke-free and able to pass a criminal background check 
•  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) 
•  Basic Microsoft Office knowledge 
•  A balanced person with strong creative and analytical thinking skills will succeed in this role  
•  Ability to work in a fast paced environment - multi-tasking is key! 
•  The ideal candidate is adaptable and flexible and knows how to set priorities 
•  Industry experience not required 
•  No travel required
