The luxury Single Dorm Rooms at Tuscana are ideal for University of Florida students who want more privacy than they would receive in a traditional single or double dorm room, while still being in a social environment with other students while living walking distance from classes, libraries, dining halls, and Sorority Row. The Single rooms are significantly larger than traditional, on-campus single rooms; they can range from 183 to 201+ square feet, depending on floorplan and room assigned. This makes them significantly larger than traditional single dorm rooms at Hume Hall, Infinity Hall, Springs, and Lakeside. At Tuscana, students can choose from unfurnished single room suites or select a dorm room optional furniture package for an additonal $50/month equipped with a captain’s bed with drawers, desk & chair, windows with blinds, and a pre-installed ceiling fan. All rooms include central air conditioning, private oversized closet, and plush carpeting.
Each private, attached bathroom includes a sink, a toilet, and a full-size bathtub/shower. Four single rooms share an attached furnished living room complete with couch, plush microfiber chair, wood barstools, and solid coffee table and end table. The suite also includes a washer/dryer, a gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, a dishwasher, full size fridge, built-in bookcase, and balcony—all just steps from UF Sorority Row and University of Florida classrooms, libraries, dining halls, and more!

Each Tuscana Single Dorm Room comes fully furnished with a complete bedroom furniture package. The suite also includes a laundry room with full-size washer/dryer.
