What is The Ivy House? The Ivy House is a luxury dorm, located just 1 block from the heart of the UF campus, on Sorority Row.

Is it like an on-campus dorm? The Ivy House offers the best features of on-campus housing (located steps from UF classes, in a social atmosphere where you can meet other UF students). But The Ivy House also offers many unique luxury amenities and service features that you won’t find on-campus. For example: residents at Ivy are guaranteed to be placed into the size room that they sign up for on their housing agreements. There’s covered assigned parking. There are NO temporary triples. There’s expert roommate matching (and no random roommates). Overall, it’s designed to be a far more comfortable environment for students to live in. You’ll find that The Ivy House is a unique, luxury setting, with fully furnished suites and a long list of unique amenities-- like our jetted Jacuzzi tubs. You won’t find that in a dorm on-campus.

Rents start as low as $419/month (often, that’s less than living in the dorms!). What is included in your rental rate? Hi-Speed Ethernet, Unlimited Electric Package, Extended Cable TV Package, Furniture Package, and Expert Roommate Matching (optional; you can also reserve a single room or live with a friend).

Daily Maid Service in all common areas is also included. The furniture package ensures you’ll have a fully equipped gourmet kitchen and large wood-paneled livingroom/grandroom with comfy couches and big screen TV with DVD player.

In your room, you’ll enjoy white wash oak desk and chair set, a bedset, pre-installed ceiling fan, pedestal sink, and closet with built-in organizer.
