Trimark Properties' leasing office is located at 321 SW 13th Street,
across the street from UF at Tigert and Little Hall. Our professional
leasing staff is courteous and responsive to your needs. We encourage
you to make an appointment to view our
models. We would be happy to discuss your specific needs and show
you our available apartments Monday through Friday 10am until 4:30pm,
and Saturday: By Appointment Only 10 am to 3:30 pm.
Trimark Properties offers one year leases. Short term leases
may be available. Please call the
office for specific details. In order to best serve our residents,
Trimark Properties developed one of the most sublease-friendly
programs in town. Subleasing is
an option for many students who participate in internships, study
abroad programs, or other activities which require a shorter than
full year lease. Well even advertise
your sublease on our website.
THE LEASING PROCESS:
We at Trimark Properties make it very easy for you to find your
ideal new apartment or home.

Make an appointment
or stop by the leasing office - Meet with a professional leasing
consultant to discuss your needs. With over 50 floorplans in
our portfolio, we are sure to have the ideal fit. To set an

- Take a tour - When you stop by the
office, we can give you a tour of the available apartments that
fit your specific needs and desires. Although we can give you
some information via email and phone, you get the most accurate
impression of what its like to live in the apartment by
touring it in person!
- Reserve your apartment - We encourage you to reserve your apartment
as soon as you decide. Everyone wants to live near campus; whats
available today may be leased tomorrow!
Once Trimark Properties has received your application
and deposit, a lease and accompanying documents will be made available
to you. All applicants must have a Cosigner/Guarantor
or a credit check in order for a lease to be processed. Please
keep in mind that the leasing season begins very early in Gainesville.
Students often sign leases in January for occupancy in August.
Trimark Properties may fill a building or floor plan as early
as January. If you have any special needs or preferences, it is
best to start your search as early as possible so that many options
are available to you. Our office staff is happy to conduct the
preliminary leasing process by fax, mail, or online.
Roommate Matching
For your convenience, Trimark Properties provides careful and
specialized roommate matching for the Courtyards, Ivy House and Windsor Hall.
For more details about the professional roommate matching process,
please talk to your leasing consultant on your tour. The roommate
matching process is usually completed during July, when the pool
of applicants is the largest. You will be notified of your roommates'
names and phone numbers prior to the start of your lease.
