Companies that qualify for this incentive may receive up to $50,000 for relocating a minimum of ten new jobs to Gainesville. Businesses may receive compensation for most relocation costs.
This incentive encourages the creation of long-term high wage jobs in the technology sector in Gainesville. Businesses that qualify will be awarded a grant, paid out over two years, for every job that is created and maintained that pays at least 150% of Alachua County’s average wage. Compensation begins at $3,000 for each high-wage worker.
High impact performance grant was implemented to attract and grow major high impact facilities in Florida. Eligible businesses must create new jobs, make investments and overall have an impact in the local community.

Employers may receive from $1,500 -2,000 per employee. This employer-driven training program was designed to assist new value-added businesses and provide existing Florida businesses the necessary training for expansion.
