About Trimark

Trimark Properties' leasing office is located at 321 SW 13th Street, across the street from UF at Tigert and Little Hall. Our professional leasing staff is courteous and responsive to your needs. We encourage you to make an appointment to view our models. We would be happy to discuss your specific needs and show you our available apartments Monday through Friday 9am until 5pm.

Trimark Properties offers one year leases. Short term leases may be available. Please call the office for specific details. In order to best serve our residents, Trimark Properties developed one of the most sublease-friendly programs in town. Subleasing is an option for many students who participate in internships, study abroad programs, or other activities which require a shorter than full year lease. We'll even advertise your sublease on our website.

Search for Gainesville apartments or houses by bedroom size, move-in date, and current availability. See an up-to-date list of rental options that match your specific needs. Then view detailed descriptions, high resolution virtual tours, photo galleries, floorplans, and square footage.

Go On A Tour

See something that's a good fit? Schedule a time to tour it in person. Tours are free, take 20 minutes, and are the best way to see if something is the right fit for you. A Leasing Consultant can help you narrow down your favorite options and show you actual apartments.

Reserve for Fall Move-in

After finding the best fit for you, reserve for Fall move-in. The reservation process is easy and can be completed in the leasing office or via email.

Availability is Limited

Please keep in mind that the leasing season begins very early in Gainesville. If you have any special needs or preferences, it is best to start your search as early as possible so that many options are available to you. Our office staff is happy to conduct the preliminary leasing process by fax, mail, or online.

Roommate Matching

For your convenience, Trimark Properties provides careful and specialized roommate matching for the Ivy House Luxury Residence Hall. For more details about the professional roommate matching process, please talk to your leasing consultant on your tour. The roommate matching process is usually completed during July, when the pool of applicants is the largest. You will be notified of your roommates' names and phone numbers prior to the start of your lease.
