Move Out Information
Make the move out process as smooth as possible by planning ahead.
In preparation for your move you should remember:

UTILITIES: Remember that utilities must be kept on in your name through the last day of your lease.
Schedule the cancellation/transfer of your GRU utilities through www.GRU.com.

CABLE: Schedule the cancellation/transfer of your cable through www.Cox.com.

MAIL: Have your mail forwarded to your new address. You are required to turn in your mail box keys when you vacate.
You can access mail forwarding information online at www.usps.com.

CLEANING: Refer to your lease about what is required to be done to your apartment when you vacate and what charges (if any) you can expect to be applied to your damage deposit.
Move out procedure:
- Remove all personal belongings.
- Clean your apartment.
- Schedule turn off of utilities, cable and internet (where applicable). Remember to keep utilities on through the last day of your lease.
- Complete the online Forwarding Address Form (click here to be redirected) and return this form with your keys to the office.
- Return keys to Trimark Properties Leasing Office no later than NOON on YOUR LEASE END DATE. Unsure of your lease end date? Call 352-376-6223.
Have you and your roommates already moved out?
Get in queue to get your security deposit refund! If all tenants have moved out of the apartment, please complete the online Forwarding Address Form (click here to be redirected).

Moving out when the office is closed?
No problem! If you plan on returning keys after office hours, simply fill out the online Forwarding Address Form (click here to be redirect).
After filling out the Forward Address Form, you can then place the keys in a sealed envelope and put the sealed envelope into the rent drop box. Please be sure to write the complex and unit number on the
outside of the envelope. Please complete one form per joint lease, as the address listed is where the security deposit refund (if any and where applicable) will be mailed. The security deposit check is made out
to all of the tenants on the lease.
