I hereby consent for Trimark Properties to use the photograph(s), video(s) and/or virtual tour(s) of myself or my belongings or my dependent and/or apartment/house/dorm. I also agree for those photo(s), virtual tour(s) and/or virtual tour(s) to be edited and color corrected at Trimark's discretion. I consent for any copies of the photo(s), virtual tour(s), and video(s) to be used in any editorial and/or promotional material produced and/or published by Trimark Properties. I also consent to Trimark sharing them with their sister companies, vendors, and providers and give permission for those companies to use the images in their marketing.
I hereby assign full copyright of said photographs to Trimark Properties together with the right of reproduction either wholly or in part. I agree that the company or licensees or assignees can use the photographs either separately or together, either wholly or in part, in any way and in any medium. The company and licensees or assignees may have unrestricted use of these for whatever purpose, including advertising, with any reasonable retouching or alteration.
In addition, I give Trimark permission to submit these photos for publication on other websites and other medium, including social media, online ads, interior decoration sites, remodeling sites, architecture sites, dorm sites, college housing sites, and much more.
I understand that signing this release does not guarantee publication of the photo(s), virtual tour(s) or videos.
